ESDS, with its principal Joseph Ferrara, has been supporting the EBT community since 1995. Its origins are in the intial SNAP and TANF EBT programs through its latest support of the eWIC implementation in Maryland and the US Virgin Islands.

Drawing upon his EBT competencies and previous 25 years experience in business and negotiation with AT&T, Ferrara has devised a focused management style to meet the demands, and exceed the expectations, of all EBT stakeholders.
